Special Education Information:

New! 08-09 Special Education Indicator List (click here) - this list will tell you if you will be entering specific special education data via Level 0.

If you are:

Indicator 7 - You will be entering COSF assessment data in the assessment template.
Indicator 11 - You will be entering Special education referral activity into the Events Template
Indicator 12 - You will be entering Early Intervention (EI) referral activity into the Events Template
****Remember, you will be receiving this data from your Special Education office, ready to import into Level 0

There are TWO tabs on the spreadsheet. One for this year's submittal and one for a Re-submittal.  If you are on the Re-submittal page, you are required to submit this data

IF YOU ARE NOT ON THIS LIST, THEN YOUR SPECIAL EDUCATION OFFICE HAS A DIFFERENT INDICATOR TO SUBMIT THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE THE DATA WAREHOUSE!
